Hillary Clinton and her daughter, Chelsea Clinton, took to the stage for the first day of the 2023 Clinton Global Initiative on Monday in New York City, both updating their signature classic style with shades of blue.

The Clinton Global Initiative announced following the first day of its annual conference that the organization will launch a network of private humanitarian aid to Ukrainians. The network is a collaboration project between Hillary Clinton and Ukraine’s First Lady Olena Zelenska.

The Clinton Global Initiative was established in 2005 by former President Bill Clinton to convene global leaders to create and implement solutions for issues including climate change, inclusive economic growth and health equity. In a letter released on the Clinton Foundation’s website, Hillary, Chelsea and Bill Clinton detailed the mission of this year’s CGI “keep going.”

“This year’s meeting will focus on what it takes to keep going — to maintain and advance progress, in spite of the difficulties that arise, and increase our capacity to cross the divides and make common cause with one another wherever possible to build a stronger future for all,” the letter on the website reads.

Hillary Clinton recently donned a purple multicolored floral brocade jacket made from blue-sapphire satin by Mi Jong Lee to join first lady Jill Biden for the Praemium Imperiale Laureates celebration at the White House in Washington, D.C., on Sept. 12.
