Ethnic wear brand Mysore Saree Udyog has opened a flagship store in Hyderabad’s Jubilee Hills. Spread across 15,000 square feet, the boutique retails both ready to wear and unstitched garments across four storeys.
“Nestled in the heart of Hyderabad and surrounded by picturesque neighbourhoods, this area exudes a timeless charm- much like our brand,” said Mysore Saree Udyog’s co-founder Kamlesh Talera in a press release. “With a legacy spanning four distinguished decades, we strive to keep up with the trends without compromising on our core DNA anchored in transparency, superior quality, and customer satisfaction. We are excited to enter a new market that resonates with our values, appreciates craftsmanship, rich heritage and reinforces our dedication to offering unparalleled elegance and service.”
The store houses a selection of salwar kameez, dupattas, sarees, lehengas, and other ready to wear garments along with a wide selection of textiles for women’s traditional wear. Textiles available in the store can be authenticated through on-site real-zari testing and Silk Mark certifications.
Mysore Saree Udyog was established in 1982 and also retails from a store in Bengaluru and its direct to customer e-commerce store. The brand works with over 3,000 artisans across India to create its products and aims to preserve the country’s traditional weaves.
